contracts leaving Hong Kong with the men it was stipulated free food on voyage but states definitely not in East Africa. Accommodation free. Clothing not mentioned. Artisans in
Mesopotamia under similar contract subject to payment of
fine contract binds them to obey all general and special rules and orders issued to and in force during period of employment.
